Coffee Cinnamon Rolls

A little extra pick me up for breakfast! Just a little twist on a traditional cinnamon roll!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 Tbsp Yeast
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 Cup Coffee
  • 7 Cups Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • Cream Cheese Frosting

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl add in warm water, yeast, and sugar. Gently stir and let it sit for a couple minutes or until it starts to foam.
  2. Then add in the eggs, vanilla, and coffee.
  3. Once combined, add in the flour 1 cup at a time.
  4. once you have a nice dough cover the bowl with with a towel and let it rise for about 1 hour.
  5. In a separate bowl melt 3 tbsp butter then mix in cinnamon & brown sugar to make a paste.
  6. Once your dough has roughly doubled in size roll it out on a floured flat surface into a rectangle, about 1/4" thick.
  7. Spread the paste onto the dough then roll it up long ways. Cut the roll into slices and place them in a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
