Method
- In a large mixing bowl on medium speed whip together the cream cheese and butter.
- Then turn the mixer to low add in the vanilla and powdered sugar 1 cup at a time.
- Once it's all incorporated turn the mixer to high speed and let it whip for about 1 minute.
- Then add in the heavy cream and turn the mixer to medium speed. Once everything is combined turn the mixer to medium/high and let it whip for about 30 seconds.
- Use right away or store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to use.
