Banana Pretzel Protein Bites

A super easy great snack for any age!
Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings: 12 Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 24 Pretzels
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/8 Cup Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Strawberry Syrup or honey
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds or pumpkin seed powder

Method
 

  1. Lay foil or parchment paper on a plate or small cookie sheet, then lay out half of the pretzels down.
  2. Slice your banana into the thickness you'd like (I did about 1/4" thick), but make sure that it gives you enough for each pretzel.
  3. In a small bowl mix together the yogurt, hemp seeds, and strawberry syrup.
  4. Lay a banana slice on each pretzel, then place a small dollop (about a teaspoon) of the yogurt mixture on top, then top with another pretzel.
  5. Place the plate of bites into the freezer for at least an hour. You can also enjoy these right away without freezing! I prefer to not freeze them in the winter but in the summer it makes a great healthy cold snack!
