Preheat the oven to 350.

In a bowl whip the butter & sugar together.

Once creamed, add in the lemon juice and egg and easily mix.

Then add in the dry ingredients and mix until completely combined.

Scoop onto a cookie sheet & bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.

In a small bowl whisk together the powdered sugar & lemon juice until there are no more clumps.

Once the cookies have cooled, spread some icing onto each cookie and enjoy!
