Method
- In a small saucepan, on medium heat, melt the butter. Once completely melted, remove from the heat and add in the chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla, and sugar until combined.
- Add in the flour and salt then stir. Then add in the chocolate mixture until everything is completely combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chunks and pecans.
- Pour into an 10x15 baking dish and place more dark chocolate chunks and pecans on top (optional). Bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes- the middle should not be gooey anymore. Right out of the oven, sprinkle with the smoked salt.
- Let cool, cut, and enjoy!
Notes
If you don't have bourbon smoked salt, you can just use plain sea salt, no worries!
