Ranch Hand Brownies (Smoked Salted Pecan Dark Chocolate Chunk)

Servings: 20 brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Sticks Butter
  • 3 Cups Chocolate Chips
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/4 Cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Bourbon Smoked Salt
  • 1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chunks
  • 1 Cup Pecans chopped
  • Bourbon Smoked Salt topping

Method
 

  1. In a small saucepan, on medium heat, melt the butter. Once completely melted, remove from the heat and add in the chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla, and sugar until combined.
  3. Add in the flour and salt then stir. Then add in the chocolate mixture until everything is completely combined.
  4. Fold in the dark chocolate chunks and pecans.
  5. Pour into an 10x15 baking dish and place more dark chocolate chunks and pecans on top (optional). Bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes- the middle should not be gooey anymore. Right out of the oven, sprinkle with the smoked salt.
  6. Let cool, cut, and enjoy!

Notes

If you don't have bourbon smoked salt, you can just use plain sea salt, no worries!
