Banana + Pudding + Caramel + Cookie = YUMMY!!!

If you don’t like bananas steer clear BUT if you do, boy do I have a treat for you!

These cookies hit all the boxes when you think of a good banana pudding! They are a perfectly baked cookie, filled with banana pudding, topped with banana chips, caramel, & crushed vanilla wafers!

A whole lotta yum in each bite!

These cookies are the perfect combination of perfectly baked banana sugar cookie, filled with banana pudding, and topped with crispy banana chips, caramel, and crushed vanilla wafers…yum might be an understatement!

      Cookies

    1. Preheat your oven to 350 F.
    2. In a large bowl mix together the butter, brown sugar, & sugar. Once that is completely combined add in the eggs, banana extract, and banana pudding mix.
    3. Add in the baking soda & flour one cup at a time and mix until combined.
    4. Scoop dough onto a cookie sheet, placing cookies about 2″ apart. Place a thumb print in the center of each cookie.
      Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. The cookies should start to be golden brown on the edges.
    5. Filling

    6. In a medium bowl mix together the banana pudding mix and milk or make your homemade banana pudding if you’d prefer!
    7. Topping

    8. Once the cookies have cooled and your pudding is set, scoop a small spoonful of pudding into the center of each cookie.
      Then top with a banana chip, drizzle with caramel sauce, and sprinkle with crushed vanilla wafers!
