Corn casserole is a staple in my house especially for the holidays! It’s so good, so moist, not too sweet, and a great addition to any table! This recipe is so easy to make, just whip it together with some simple ingredients in about 5 minutes and let it cook!

- Preheat your oven to 350.
- In a large bowl combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, & salt.
- Once completely combined add in the melted butter, cream corn, whole corn, sour cream, eggs, and pepper.
- Give it a good mix and then pour it into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the middle is firm.
- Enjoy!
