Cheesecake Stuffed Reese Puff Cookie

Delicious doesn’t even begin to describe this handheld peanut butter covered dessert!

You can also use normal Reese Puff cereal on top as a whole or crush them up and sprinkle them on top…whatever your heart desires!

HELPFUL HINT:
If you have a large cookie scoop, scoop up your cookie dough and make an indent in the center with your thumb, fill it with the cheesecake filling and add a little bit of cookie dough on top to seal it all up, then place it on the cookie sheet!

A peanut butter cookie & Reese puff lovers dream! Crunchy, sweet, savory, peanut butter, and cheesecake -rich but not overwhelming!

    Instructions

    1. Preheat your oven to 350.
    2. In a large bowl mix the butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar on medium speed.
    3. Add in the eggs and vanilla on low speed.
    4. Once completely combined, add in the baking soda, salt, and flour, one cup at a time.
    5. In a medium bowl combine the filling ingredients and whip them together.
    6. Scoop spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet and indent the center of the cookie dough ball with your thumb. Fill the center with about a teaspoon of the filling and add a tiny bit of dough to the top of the dough ball and pinch the edges closed.
    7. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until your cookies are golden brown!
    8. Once your cookies are done, lay them on a towel to cool.
    9. Once they are cool, spread on more of the filling to the top and sprinkle the mini reese puffs on top!
