Delicious doesn’t even begin to describe this handheld peanut butter covered dessert!
You can also use normal Reese Puff cereal on top as a whole or crush them up and sprinkle them on top…whatever your heart desires!
HELPFUL HINT:
If you have a large cookie scoop, scoop up your cookie dough and make an indent in the center with your thumb, fill it with the cheesecake filling and add a little bit of cookie dough on top to seal it all up, then place it on the cookie sheet!
Cheesecake Stuffed Reese Puff Cookie

A peanut butter cookie & Reese puff lovers dream! Crunchy, sweet, savory, peanut butter, and cheesecake -rich but not overwhelming!

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350.
- In a large bowl mix the butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar on medium speed.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla on low speed.
- Once completely combined, add in the baking soda, salt, and flour, one cup at a time.
- In a medium bowl combine the filling ingredients and whip them together.
- Scoop spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet and indent the center of the cookie dough ball with your thumb. Fill the center with about a teaspoon of the filling and add a tiny bit of dough to the top of the dough ball and pinch the edges closed.
- Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until your cookies are golden brown!
- Once your cookies are done, lay them on a towel to cool.
- Once they are cool, spread on more of the filling to the top and sprinkle the mini reese puffs on top!
