Bakery Style Blueberry Muffins

The famous blueberry muffins. The favorite breakfast food. The wanna-be healthy breakfast item…but it has fruit in it so we can think it is! 

What You’ll Need

Ingredients:​

  • 1 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Stick Butter, melted
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/4 Cups Milk
  • ​2 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cups Blueberries

How To Make ’em

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large bowl combine brown sugar, butter, egg, vanilla extract, and milk..
  3. Once combined add in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Then gently fold in blueberries.
  5. Scoop the batter about 3/4 of the way full into each muffin tin and bake for about 20 minutes.

These muffins are the perfect combination of sweet but not too sweet, blueberry-ey, soft, and fluffy!

They’re so easy to make and don’t take very long either!

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large bowl combine the butter, brown sugar, egg, & vanilla. Once combined, add in the milk and mix.
  3. Then add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, & salt. Once it is completely combined, fold in the blueberries.
  4. Grease or line your muffin tin and fill each tin about 3/4 full with batter.
  5. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes-until your edges are golden brown!
    Enjoy warm!
