Homemade Cookie Butter

So yummy & cheaper than store bought!

Super easy, minimal ingredients, and delicious! That’s my kind of recipe!
This would be super fun to make with the kids too!

What You’ll Need

  • 1 (11oz) box of Vanilla Wafers (or homemade cookies/graham crackers!)
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, softened (or almond butter)
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

How To Make It

In a food processor pour in all of the ingredients, then blend it all together for a few minutes until it is a smooth buttery consistency!

When I said easy, I meant it! This whole process takes about 5-10 minutes between grabbing your ingredients and blending it all up and put it in a jar!

Once you have the consistency you want put it into a jar and store in the fridge!

Eat this by the spoonful, as a spread, or in a recipe!

This would be super fun to do with kids because of how simple and quick it is, as well as the good cooking & safety lesson!
