Simple & Moist Corn Casserole

Corn casserole is a staple in my house especially for the holidays! It’s so good, so moist, not too sweet, and a great addition to any table! This recipe is so easy to make, just whip it together with some simple ingredients in about 5 minutes and let it cook!

Corn Casserole

Total Time 50 minutes
Servings: 10 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Cornmeal
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 Can Cream Corn
  • 1 1/2 Cups Whole Corn fresh, frozen, or canned
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp Pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350.
  2. In a large bowl combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, & salt.
  3. Once completely combined add in the melted butter, cream corn, whole corn, sour cream, eggs, and pepper.
  4. Give it a good mix and then pour it into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the middle is firm.
  6. Enjoy!
