- In a deep saute pan melt the butter on medium/high heat.
- Add in the garlic and orzo pasta and stir until everything is completely coated.
- Then add in the water and milk and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add in the cream cheese, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, & sage. Stir until everything is combined.
- Put a lid on a turn the heat down to medium/low for about 5 minutes.

- Once the cream cheese has melted, stir and add the parsley. Enjoy!
