Grab & Go Breakfast

No Bake PB & Cranberry Granola Bars

A delicious and easy way to make your store bought granola bars healthy & cheaper!

These bars are delicious, full of protein, fiber, and I’m sure a lot of other vitamins! But the best part is they are a simple grab and go breakfast item or snack for a mid-day pick me up!

How to Make ’em

First you need to add 2 cups of peanut butter & 1 cup of honey OR maple syrup to a medium saucepan. Turn it onto medium heat and stir until melted & completely combined.

Next, remove from the heat and fold in 5 cups of oats and 1 cup of cranberries.

Once completely combined spread out onto a greased 9×13 pan. I used a baking sheet with sides, but you can use an actual baking dish if you want. As long as it is at lest 1/2″ thick. Make sure you spread in out and press everything flat.

Place the pan in the fridge for about 30-60 minutes.

Once hardened, pull the pan out of the fridge and cut your granola bars however you’d like! I personally just do normal rectangles, by cutting the entire pan in half (long ways/horizontally) and then in about 2 in rectangles (short ways/vertically).

I wrap each bar in parchment paper, so they don’t stick together, and then place them all either in a gallon baggie or a container.

Keep these in the fridge and enjoy all day everyday!
