What You’ll Need
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Stick Butter, melted
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/4 Cups Milk
- 2 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 Cups Blueberries
How To Make ’em
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large bowl combine brown sugar, butter, egg, vanilla extract, and milk..
- Once combined add in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Then gently fold in blueberries.
- Scoop the batter about 3/4 of the way full into each muffin tin and bake for about 20 minutes.

These muffins are the perfect combination of sweet but not too sweet, blueberry-ey, soft, and fluffy!
They’re so easy to make and don’t take very long either!

- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large bowl combine the butter, brown sugar, egg, & vanilla. Once combined, add in the milk and mix.
- Then add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, & salt. Once it is completely combined, fold in the blueberries.
- Grease or line your muffin tin and fill each tin about 3/4 full with batter.
- Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes-until your edges are golden brown!
