How To Make Mayo

Making mayo might be the easiest thing to make that you didn’t think was so easy! You could have a whole jar of mayo made from scratch in about 2 minutes! 

What You’ll Need

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • Immersion Blender

How To Make It

Pour all of those ingredients into a quart size large mouth ball jar. Having it all in a cylinder shaped object is crucial to how the immersion blender combines everything together. 

Put your immersion blender in the bottom and then turn it on the lowest speed setting, as it mixes slowly raise it up to blend in all the oil. Once everything is completely combined you can turn it on high to give it one good blend.

After this is when I do quality control (taste test) and adjust as needed!

You can also add normal mustard, add more salt, less or more sugar, etc. just add to your desired taste!
