Taking a cinnamon roll and turning it up a notch! These are just your traditional gooey cinnamon rolls with a little extra pick me up mixed in! If you’re a coffee and sweets lover, you’re sure to love these!

Coffee Cinnamon Rolls
A little extra pick me up for breakfast! Just a little twist on a traditional cinnamon roll!
Ingredients
Method
- In a large bowl add in warm water, yeast, and sugar. Gently stir and let it sit for a couple minutes or until it starts to foam.
- Then add in the eggs, vanilla, and coffee.
- Once combined, add in the flour 1 cup at a time.
- once you have a nice dough cover the bowl with with a towel and let it rise for about 1 hour.
- In a separate bowl melt 3 tbsp butter then mix in cinnamon & brown sugar to make a paste.
- Once your dough has roughly doubled in size roll it out on a floured flat surface into a rectangle, about 1/4″ thick.
- Spread the paste onto the dough then roll it up long ways. Cut the roll into slices and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
